Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years old
- Must possess a class A CDL, in good standing
- No convictions of DUI/DWI in a commercial motor vehicle
- No convictions for leaving the scene of an accident
- No convictions for reckless or careless driving within the previous 3 years from the date of the application
- No convictions of operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended
- No more than 3 moving violations and 2 speeding violations within the previous 3 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the previous year
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be able to get them
- Meet all DOT requirements
